Any surveys and questionnaires will be entirely voluntary and for the purpose of using the feedback to optimise and improve the Ladbrokes LIVE experience. Your personal data and contact preferences will not be affected in any other way.

What does this mean for you?

By continuing to use the Ladbrokes LIVE platform after the effective date you agree to the new and updated terms and Policies. What is Ladbrokes Live?

Ladbrokes Live is a platform that allows you to play (at no cost to you!) to win pairs of tickets to music, sporting and entertainment events.

Once you have successfully registered for an account, you will receive 3 free entries (called ‘PLAYS’) per week. Pick an event and use your PLAYS in our game – where event winners are selected at random.

Great! How do I get involved?

First thing you need to do is register a new account. Everyone needs to do this. You can only have one account per person, and you must be 18 or over to register.

To register an account, simply head to our registration page or by clicking here. Then follow the on-screen instructions to register and verify a new account.

What do I need to register an account and why?

You’ll need to provide the following information:

-    Full name as it appears on your passport, driver’s licence or National ID
-    A valid email address
-    A mobile phone number
-    Your date of birth – you need to be at least 18 years of age to join in
-    Your registered home address

We need your personal details to create and maintain your account and to verify your identity and age with a third-party electronic provider. More details can be found in our terms and conditions.  

What if my details can’t be verified?

We need this verification step to ensure you’re over 18. If you experience problems, then please try again, making sure you use the most accurate information in full. For example, use your full name and not an abbreviation. If you have recently moved house, you can try using your previous address.

If we are unable to verify your details, then you will not be able to create an account and play.

Please note that our customer service team are unable to accept copies of identification documents - the online verification system must be used.  

I've registered an account – what now?

Once your account is registered and verified, you will be given 3 WEEKLY PLAYS to enter for your chance to win tickets to entertainment events. You can accrue a maximum of 12 PLAYS on your account at any one time. However, this limit does not include any ‘PLAYS’ you win or earn via REFER A FRIEND.

You can browse the entertainment events on the homepage and use your ‘PLAYS’ to enter. Different events will be released throughout the year, so make sure you come back and keep entering.

What is a PLAY & POWER PLAY?

A PLAY is how you enter to win tickets to events. One (1) PLAY gets you one entry to any competition that you enter. You can boost your chances of winning tickets by using a POWER PLAY, this will use up three (3) PLAYS. You will get three (3) new PLAYS each week added to your account on Sunday at 23.59pm up to a maximum of twelve (12) PLAYS. You can also win more PLAYS by entering to win tickets as runners up prizes or earn more by REFFERING FRIENDS – won or earned PLAYS are not included in your maximum limit of twelve (12) PLAYS so you can build these up try and win more great tickets.

How do I get my pair of tickets?

If you win a pair of tickets, you must follow the on-screen claim instructions within 7 days. You can choose to reveal your code instantly or come back at any time within the 7-day timeframe.

Head to the ‘My Box Office’ page of the website, and the events you have won tickets for will be listed. You will be directed to the relevant third-party website to redeem your tickets.

Failure to reveal and claim your ticket code within 7 days will result in another winner being chosen.

I have won tickets what do I do now?

Congratulations! Getting your tickets is super simple, but please make sure you follow the outlined process to make sure there are no problems.

Once you have won tickets, you will need to claim your ticket code within 7 days – you can do this by ‘revealing your code’. All wins will be stored in your ‘My Box Office’ page until your 7-day claim window elapses.

Once you have your code, there will be some on-screen instructions about what to do next.

The O2 events:

  • Copy your unique code and click the link to claim
  • On the next page you will be asked to enter some details and your unique code – its important that the email address you use for this is the same for your AXS ticketing account (if you already have an AXS ticketing account make sure they are the same or if you need to make a new one then remember what email you have used)
  • Once you have completed this process then you will need to open The O2 Venue app (or download if you don’t have it already) it can be found here for iOS and here for Android
  • You will be prompted to sign into your AXS ticketing account which you must do or create a new account – this is where you must use the same email address used to previously claim your tickets
  • You can then access your tickets in the My Tickets section but please note these may not be visible until a few days before the actual event. 

All Points East Events:

  • Copy your unique code and click the link to claim
  • On the next page you will be asked to enter some details and your unique code – its important that the email address you use for this is the same for your AXS ticketing account (if you already have an AXS ticketing account make sure they are the same or if you need to make a new one then remember what email you have used)
  • Once you have completed this process then you will need to open The All Points East app (or download if you don’t have it already) it can be found here for iOS and here for Android
  • You will be prompted to sign into your AXS ticketing account which you must do or create a new account – this is where you must use the same email address used to previously claim your tickets
  • You can then access your tickets in the My Tickets section but please note these may not be visible until a few days before the actual event

For CLUB NME events:

  • Copy your unique code and click the link to claim.
  • On the next page you will be asked to enter some details and your unique code.

I’ve run out of ‘PLAYS’ – how can I get more?

You will be allocated 3 PLAYS per week every Sunday at 23.59

You can have a maximum of 12 PLAYS at any one time on your account.

You can also ‘earn’ PLAYS in the following ways:

  • Entering a draw and winning extra PLAYS.
  • Referring a friend.

There is no limit to the amount of PLAYS you can ‘earn’.

What are the ‘Special Ticket Drops’, and when are they released?

Special Ticket Drops do not require any PLAYS. A set number of tickets will be offered on a first come, first served basis and will be offered at random times. Once all of the allocated tickets are claimed, there will be no more available – follow our social media channels for posts about upcoming drops.

What is the Power Ballot?

There will be a Power Ballot Prize Draw at the end of each event window. This will take place within 24 hours of the closing date. It will consist of pre-allocated Power Ballot tickets, tickets that have not been won or tickets that have not been claimed by winners within their 7-day timeframe.

If you win a pair of tickets through the Power Ballot, you will be alerted via an email and a SMS message and will be instructed on how to claim your prize.

Power Ballot winners must claim their pair of tickets within 48 hours of receipt of their message. Failure to do so will result in the ticket being added back to the Power Ballot.

How does ‘Refer a Friend’ work?

You can receive 3 additional ‘PLAYS’ by referring a friend to Ladbrokes Live. Your referral link is under the ‘My Account’ page. You can then generate your link and share it with as many friends as you’d like.

Your friends must register a new account and complete all steps necessary to be verified. Once they are successfully registered, 3 PLAYS will be added to you and your friend’s account.
